After 20+ years leading global operations, manufacturing, and supply chain at the executive level - most recently as COO for Vestas North & Central Europe - I built HOYS to offer exactly what I’ve always valued: real-world leadership that cuts through complexity and delivers results.
I’ve led transformations across continents, scaled factories from scratch, handled M&A integrations, and steered organizations through everything from geopolitical shocks to offshore expansions. What drives me? Building strong teams, fixing what’s broken, and making ambitious strategies work in real life.
